Thank you for your interest in training with V.T. & Associates, Inc. We were founded in 1993 to fill a void of effective training in sexual harassment. Then as today, we are a management services corporation, which provides seminars and consulting on a variety of subject matters. VTA specializes in workplace productivity issues including sexual harassment/hostile work environment concerns, diversity in the workforce and developing respect, dignity, courtesy and professionalism in the workplace. Our instructors are all practicing professionals who bring a real world, practical, experienced-based perspective to their subject matter.

We believe in imaginative, challenging, and entertaining training methods to achieve the highest possible quality results. We have trained over 8,000 public and private business community professionals and can say with pride that our courses are making positive, long-lasting organizational change.

I am proud to offer you workshops designed for a variety of needs and people at all levels of an organization.
