President

A lecturer with twenty-four years experience as a trainer, training program designer, developer, and management specialist, Vic brings practical experience and motivation to the work place of the new millennium.

Vic is nationally known for his expertise in dealing with management issues involving stressful environments, sexual harassment and discrimination situations and workplace relations. As an outstanding crisis management leader, Vic is well qualified to help shape change and direction in today's industry. With a degree in Futures in Management and a Master's Degree in Public Communications (Pepperdine University, Malibu, California) Vic will offer significant enlightenment to both public and private organizations. Highly respected for his no-nonsense approach to the management of changing environment, Vic will bring true revelation and insight to any occasion.

Vic is also an expert on the Standardized Emergency Management System/Incident Command System (SEMS/ICS) and serves on statewide committees for training development in disaster response.

Vic is a recently retired Police Management Executive for a Southern California law enforcement agency and was a member of California Police Officers Association, graduate of Leadership Tomorrow Class '98, Command College, and has served on numerous state committees for various issues relating to government and management issues. He has been a panelist and technical director/advisor for California teleconferences on sexual harassment, SEMS/ICS and weapons of mass destruction.

Vic has served on the faculty and lectured at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, Coast Community College District and Saddleback Community College District. He also served on the editorial advisory board for 911 Magazine and has written numerous articles for various professional publications.

Sue Thies
Principal Partner and Administrator

In this position, Sue is responsible for the coordination and facilitation of the over one hundred seminars presented by V.T. & Associates, Inc. throughout each year.

Sue is the point of contact for all seminars and consulting inquiries and has an extensive background in dealing with state and local government agencies as well as private business administrators. She became a principal partner and administrator in V.T. & Associates, Inc. in 1994. Prior, she worked in the retail promotional industry. Sue received her business degree from California State University at Fullerton in 1984.
